2021 National Nursing Research Roundtable - Save the Date
The National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR) and the Western Institute of Nursing (WIN) will host the VIRTUAL 2021 National Nursing Research Roundtable on Thursday, March 4, and Friday, March 5. The theme of the 2021 meeting is “Nursing Research of the Future: Using Big Data to Explore Health Inequities and Social Determinants of Health.”
The mission of the National Nursing Research Roundtable (NNRR) is to serve the public's health through stimulating the development of a strong, research-based nursing practice. As a collaborative of nursing organizations, the NNRR provides clinicians, scientists, educators, scholars, and policy leaders an opportunity to come together to discuss priorities in science, practice, and policy, and to envision the future.
Meeting details, including the program, speakers, and registration form, will be available and shared in early January.
Virtual Event: Symptom Science Advances in Oncology Nursing

The National Institute of Nursing Research, the National Cancer Institute Center for Cancer Research, and the Oncology Nursing Society will present the Symptom Science Advances in Oncology Nursing virtual event on February 4 and 5, 2021.
This colloquium will highlight symptom science advances in oncology nursing and provide an opportunity for networking and research mentorship to support the next generation of nurse scientists.
Planned sessions will address topics in health disparities, palliative and psychosocial care, symptom science, and symptom management. The colloquium will also include a virtual poster session. This virtual event will bring together an audience of researchers, healthcare providers, educators, PhD students, post-doctoral fellows, and others interested in oncology nursing and symptom science.
